Rieckermann acquires Renzmann

D.W. Renzmann Apparatebau GmbH has been renamed Renzmann GmbH. The company is currently still trading under the name JR New Horizon Beteiligungsgesellschaft, based in Hamburg. The change of name to Renzmann GmbH, based in Monzingen (Germany), has been filed with the registry court. Since February 14, 2025, it has been part of the privately-owned Rieckermann Group, who specializes in developing and implementing integrated production and process solutions in Asia. With local technical service teams, they provide installation, maintenance and long-term after-sales service for industrial equipment. This makes the group a strong partner for Renzmann, who is striving for global growth as a manufacturer of industrial washing machines and distillation systems for the printing, paint and ink/coatings industry.

Renzmann can continue its realignment

The realignment of Renzmann, which began in 2023 and was intensified by the new Managing Director Dr. Dominik Zimmermann in April 2024 can now be continued in the long term.

Similar alignment creates synergies

Renzmann supplies its highly specialized cleaning solutions to customers worldwide. Rieckermann has been successfully distributing Renzmann products in Asia for years, so the acquisition intensifies this long-standing partnership. Synergies in the cooperation enable the further development of innovative and sustainable solutions in the industrial cleaning technology segment. This will ensure that such solutions are even better tailored to customers’ needs in the future. Renzmann benefits from the Rieckermann Group’s extensive network in the packaging printing industry, enabling it to further expand its market penetration. “With Renzmann, we are expanding our attractive portfolio by including a traditional company that comes with solid foundations and global demand,” said Flynn Seidel, member of the Rieckermann Group Advisory Board and Managing Director of JR New Horizons, the Group’s strategic investment arm. “Rieckermann’s global network of branches enables us to make the high-quality washing machines and distillation systems available to an even larger customer base.”

Renzmann site in Monzingen will be retained

In combination with the stable order situation, the takeover will ensure the preservation of almost 100 jobs at the Monzingen site. The Monzingen site and its production facilities will continue to exist in the future.
